Lochside Roasters Birsay Brazilian Coffee is a single origin roast made with finest quality Arabica beans grown and harvested on the Fazenda Paraiso farm in Brazil, and roasted in Orkney. These beans have been chosen due to the flavourful notes that come with Brazilian beans. A rich chocolatey aroma and subtle scents of cherry creates a depth of flavour during the roasting process. Lochside Roasters have crafted these flavours to appeal to both coffee enthusiasts and those who want to venture into the world of speciality coffee with a balance of bold and inviting flavours.
