SV Thistlebank Ceramic Mug
A printed mug of a painting of the SV Thistlebank by an unknown artist which is part of the collection at Stromness Museum.
SV Thistlebank was a Norwegian Steel Sailing Barque of 2,430 tons built in 1890 by Russell & Co, Port Glasgow, for Andrew Weir & Co, Glasgow.
On the 30th June 1915 she was sunk by German submarine U-24 off SW coast of Ireland.
The mugs are dishwasher safe up to 30 degrees C.
